L.A Football Team

Los Angeles is up next to get a football stadium in a year or two. L.A. has been without a football team for 20 years, that is all going to change soon. There’s a two month window of January and February of next year to figure out which team is moving to L.A. Many teams are up to move, we have the Raiders, Chargers, and the Rams. They talked about having two teams move together but after going over it, having two teams would not work for various reasons. Everyone is hoping the Raiders come to L.A. and I kind of do wish they do too. The layout of the football stadium they want to build is looking really nice and is going to be really expensive. When a team is announced for the move, they will be playing at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum or Rose Bowl until the new stadium is built. Other possible locations for a new stadium include L.A. Live, Hollywood Park, and Chavez Ravine. The Raiders and Rams had left Los Angeles after the 1994 season was over, the Chargers departed in 1961. The Raiders have a lease in Oakland that has ended at the end of the 2014 season, as for the Rams they can leave St. Louis at any time without any penalty at all. The Chargers would only have to pay a relocation fee to move, which is not so bad. Within a year or two Los Angeles can have any of these teams, time can only tell which is really moving.
