Throughout the summer school’s from all across the United States are getting to start up Friday Night Lights, but last night we called it Thursday Night Lights. Your very own Colton High School Yellowjackets had a scrimmage against JW North in Riverside. Each and every player was pumped up and eager to dominate. The Varsity team worked their butts off all throughout the summer in the dead heat just to get to where we are now. The team was hungry last night, they came prepared for a good game and that’s what they got. Colton beat North 21-7, there was not one player who was not pumped up after the game especially on the bus. Next week will be the start of the first game of the season and we’re ready for it, no doubt about it.
