Varsity football gets first home victory against Cajon Cowboys, 36-7

The Yellowjackets dominated this past Friday night and captured their first home game victory, 36-7, against Cajon High School’s Cowboys in front of their hometown crowd. Coach Mailo commented before the game, “We’re gonna win, dominate, and execute tonight. The key is not to worry about them, we’ll worry about us.” The first half consisted of DeAndre Graham and Running Back Jared Campa contributing one touchdown each, to fire up the Yellowjackets. Isaiah Webb locked it in with his field goals to put them ahead. The excitement of the first half came to a screeching halt when LaVonte Wilson was injured.    After the halftime break, the Yellowjackets were on fire.
