A YellowJacket Found It’s Way Home: New Assistant Principal

Sarah Rose Aguilar, Reporter

There is a new Assistant Principal here on CHS campus and it’s time to make her feel like she’s home. Lisa Boschma grew up in Corona, CA.Sshe was inspired by an administrator (Principal Joda Murphy) at Joe Baca Middle School, went to Chapman University (it was a struggle since she has children), and the person who supported her is her dad and he still supports her to this day.

Boschma believes that all things are possible as long as you set your mind to it. Her opinion of CHS is that it’s a great school and she really likes how the teachers really care about the students and their education. “I think you have great administrators, and I love the pathways program,” Boschma said. She also plans on staying here for a long time and enjoys being with kids and helping them out. Now students here at CHS know more about our new vice principal and how kind she is to everyone, so she’ll fit in easily and is now and always will be part of the YellowJacket family.
