The United States holds the most documented firearms in the world. This statistic has forever been controversial for our nation and the heavy consequences that we have experienced in recent years. The 2nd amendment was initially made for militants and now it has branched out to the entire realm of citizens.

Most people claim that it is priority to own a firearm as it is used for self defense. There has been statistics which actually show that gun ownership deters crime rather than cause more. As we can behold today in our own eyes and sorrow that fact can be misleading.

If we want to avoid further massacres and tragedies the precautions need to grow greater along with the governmental support for strict gun control. Activist must repeal to replace the deadly consequences of the 2nd amendment. 40% of all gun sales are undocumented putting the weapon in the hand of an anonymous figure with an anonymous motive.

Background checks should be more extensive and strictly stipulated. I believe the state law should be alternative to federal national law, and we decide together as an entire nation. Any automatic firearm attachments should be banned to avoid disaster.

If we seek for change it all begins with us. If we want to live in a more peaceful safe community it all starts with us. We make our future and how we would want it to become. The choice is in our voice.
