The Colton Yellowjacket Varsity football team made it to the playoffs after a one year absence. The team played the Lake Elsinore Tigers on Friday, November 9, at Tiger Stadium. The Yellowjackets were overpowered by the Tigers and lost 51-7. The lone Colton touchdown was scored by senior Jordan Ah Honi. This first round loss brought the 2012 football season to a close for Colton. The Colton Varsity Football ended their season with a 3-8 record. We are looking to a bright future next year.
