The Varsity Lady Jackets ended their season February 9th with a 54-11 loss to the Summit Skyhawks, making their record 3-6 overall in league. Coming off a poor showing last season, the Varsity Girls improved their record from last year’s 2-7. In the final game of the season, the Lady Jackets looked to end the year with a win under their belt heading into the 2015-16 playoffs.

The first half turned into a blowout as Colton only scored 5 points while the Skyhawks scored a whopping 44 points.

After halftime, the Lady Jackets had come back from the scoring drought that they suffered from the first half and fought their way to try to catch up to the dominant Summit team. With hard work and determination, the Jackets tried to get back into the game with fighting spirit. However, when it was all said and done, the Lady Jackets’ comeback was too late as they fell to the Skyhawks 54-11.
