Colton loses to Kaiser in a Blowout Game

Yellowjackets suffered a loss against the Cats this past Friday night, 14-0,  at Colton High, in a blowout game. The first quarter was all Kaiser football as they scored twice against Colton’s defense. As the Cats were crawling all over the Jackets, the Kaiser crowd was cheering for thier team. The Colton crowd, however, was silent, witnessing the Jackets drive and determination to score on offense. The first half was owned by the Kaiser offense, leading the game.

The second half, was a quiet one for both Colton and Fontana. Both teams were going at it, trying to score. At the end, Kaiser Cats prevailed and came out with the win. Coach Mailo commented after the game saying, “We need to work on our defense so it can be stronger in the next game.”

Recently, the CHS Publications Department experienced a major theft as over $20,000 in photography equipment was stolen from our studio over Spring Break. This included all cameras. Any amount you donate will help rebuild our program. Thank you!
