Colton, CA—It’s time for the first game of the football season at Colton High School. Rival A.B. Miller is coming in on Friday in a rematch of last season’s nail-biting opener on their field.

And the good news for fans looking to support their Yellowjackets in this home opener is that admission is free. All fans will get free admission to watch the game. Plenty of food options will be available at concessions, so make sure to have money on hand.

Fans are invited to wear all black to the game as part of ASB’s “Blackout Alumni Night.” This “blackout game” shows support for the community and the school. Colton alumni will also be at the game to celebrate their time at their alma mater.

Game time is 7 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.

Our Goal

Recently, the CHS Publications Department experienced a major theft as over $20,000 in photography equipment was stolen from our studio over Spring Break. This included all cameras. Any amount you donate will help rebuild our program. Thank you!
