Students gathered around in the CHS library to celebrate Hispanic heritage month on Friday, September 13th. Books honoring Hispanics were set up for students to read and admire. Students were also provided food like salsa, chips, and pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) to celebrate the occasion. Librarian April Gelch read aloud quotes from books like The House on Mango Street, Cesar Si Se Puede, and many others honoring Hispanic heritage to the gathered students.

Our Goal
Recently, the CHS Publications Department experienced a major theft as over $20,000 in photography equipment was stolen from our studio over Spring Break. This included all cameras. Any amount you donate will help rebuild our program. Thank you!
