Colton High School opened in 1895. It is one of the oldest high schools in the Inland Empire. In this daily feature, we celebrate Colton High’s rich history.
In 1978, Colton High’s Drama department put on their annual Christmas presentation. This extravaganza was presented right before Winter Break and featured a mix of both old and new Christmas songs and skits, including “Deck the Halls,” “Silent Night.”
The event was a total hit and was said to be “the best production we’ve ever put on.” Though the Christmas presentation hasn’t happened in ages it was widely looked forward to.
