The AP biology club helps bring students together in a academic environment

There are so many clubs at Colton High School that help students in many different ways. One of those clubs is Aasiya-beys AP biology club. According to the Honors and AP Bio teacher, Dawud Aasiya-bey believes the AP biology club helps bring students together in a academic environment. It also opens up opportunities and the students become more in touch with nature.

This club is a good way to meet more people but I think what people are most excited about is the trip that they get to take. Students get the opportunity to go to Catalina Island with their friends and experience new things the beauty of nature has to offer. Of course, like every other club there has to be a president and vice president. The 2017/2018 president is junior Jorge Vargas and the Vice is junior Xavier Vazquez. The AP Biology club  is a great way to experience making new friends, experiencing new things, and learning to work with others.
