Another wave of bans for online play of Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield will be coming which will also affect their ability to use Pokemon Home. This time this ban wave is mainly for hackers that have altered their save files as well as the usual hacks like inserting pokemon that aren’t usually in the game or having your pokemon have perfect states.

Hackers who will be banned, or temporarily restricted, will not be able to participate in online play nor trade on the mobile version of Pokemon Home and will also be restricted in both the Nintendo Switch version of Pokemon Home along with the mobile version.
