The boss baby is a cute animated film about the secret war between dogs and babies over who’s the cutest. Over imaginative Tim receives an unexpected guest when a baby arrives at his door wearing a suit. Instead of this being an ordinary baby, this baby is a secret agent voiced by Alec Baldwin. This film has seen mixed reviews for various reasons. One the many reasons people are complaining is the overuse of the famous big begging eyes, and I agree this issue is present. It seemed as those eyes were basically plastered on everyone’s face throughout the movie. The main issue is the humor is a little too old for the slightly younger audience, most will understand but the younger audience will not understand every joke to its full extent. The overall plot line of the movie is quite well developed, however some parts can be a little confusing, but the characters themselves are quite well done. The voice actors did an exceptional job and really made this animation come alive. The movie as a whole does need a fair amount of work however it will still make families laugh and enjoy it.
