The movie ‘Willys Wonderland’ was 4 out of 10 in my opinion. The reason being that the story was bad. The main character, a janitor played by Nicolas Cage, had no lines which I found to like. He conveyed everything he needed to in his actions. We knew nothing about his character, only that he liked to play pinball and drink soda. 

    The other characters, the group of teenagers, were poorly written; they felt generic with no defining traits. The plot of the movie is about Nicholas Cage’s character’s car breaking down and needing repairs but with no way to pay, the mechanic offers him work at Willys Wonderland, a family restaurant, the job was supposed to be simple janitor job but we find out the animatronics are alive and trying to kill the janitor. However, the janitor wont let that get in his way and destroys the animatronics that do fight him.

    Later in the movie, we find out this has been happening for a long time and that the town made a deal with the animatronics to feed them to a random visitor that they trap there. The fights against the animatronics also lacked; it felt too easy for the janitor to fight them.

    Overall I wouldn’t recommend this movie but, if you have nothing else to watch I would say to watch this movie.
