A lot of new things are being announced by big companies since the holidays are coming up, such as Microsoft. Just recently, Microsoft has announced a new console coming to shelves called the Xbox Series S. The next-gen console is the smallest Xbox to be made currently, and is presented with “faster load times, higher frame rates, and richer, more dynamic worlds” -Liz Hamren. The console is scheduled to launch on November 10th, 2020.

Design of the console

The design of the console is a sleek, compact rectangular console, with the color being a ‘Robot White’. It is 60% smaller than the Xbox Series X, also scheduled to release on November 10th.

Performance of the console

The Xbox Series X is an all-digital console, which comes with 512GB of space. The console also has 1440P at up to 120 FPS, which helps some players who haven’t upgraded to 4k TV’s to still enjoy gameplay. Not only that, but the console will come with 4K Streaming media playback and 4k upscaling for games. So, the games on here are going to look really good and perform well using this console. The console outbeats the Nintendo Switch, with way more storage and 2x more FPS.

The price for this new console is affordable too. At a mere $299.00, you are getting something that is worth the money. Good performance, high quality gameplay and it is a compact machine is worth the money.
