Arsenic and Old Lace

Carmela Lucero, Special to the Pepperbough

A play telling the endeavors of two aunts and nephews who would murder those who crossed their paths, further leading them to bury their victims in their basement. The acting of this play was on par, as Ms.Aldrich said right after it had ended, “that was perfect, don’t do it anymore or any less!” Victor, who played a police officer admitted to improvising on stage; and nobody would’ve ever known! He didn’t break character and the deliverance of his lines was so seamless, like he was reading directly from his script. Timothy did a great job on delivering his lines, and conveying the emotions through them. These are just a few highlights of the fantastic play, amazing performances were made by the cast and crew.
