Three artist worth seeing this summer
June 1, 2016
Summer is quickly upon us and many A-List artists are going on the road for their world tours. The only question is, who’s worth seeing this summer?
Concert tickets can be expensive, so it’s extremely important that you try to buy tickets early or else you’ll out of luck with buying tickets at a decent price.
If you’re looking for a concert that provides music with bangers and ballads, insane yet amazing choreography, and an artist who can sing like nobody else,- look no further because Beyonce’s “Formation World Tour” is exactly what you need. Beyonce has been currently selling out stadiums during her world tour after the recent release of her visual album Lemonade. Not only will she blow you away with flawless vocals but, also with strategic choreography with her all female dance team. Beyonce only has TWO shows left in California; September 14th at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles and September 17th at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. The cheapest tickets start at around $105 on Ticketmaster.
Another well known rap star will soon be on tour and want’s you to have “One Dance” with him this summer. Grammy award winner, Drake will be on the road again with rapper, Future on the “Summer Sixteen Tour”. If you want to hear all of the radio hits such as “One Dance”, “Hotline Bling” and “Jumpman” you got to see him this summer. He currently has six show dates in California- three being at Staples Center in Los Angeles September 7th, 8th, and 9th, two at The Forum in Inglewood September 27th and 28th. Tickets start at $49.50 on Ticketmaster and axs.com
The final tour you should see this summer if you feel like mellowing down your music taste and just listening to pure talent is the one and only Grammy award winner, Sia. Of course you’d be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the singer’s face while attending the “Nostalgic for the Present Tour” Throughout the show, Sia purposely hides her face to attract more attention to her voice rather than her complexion. Sia has four shows in California. Two at the Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood October 8th and 9th; one show at the Oracle Arena in Oakland October 1st and another show at Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl San Diego State University in San Diego. Tickets start at around $51 on Ticketmaster.
