Spring Play Auditions Begin This Week!

Auditions for the Spring play will take place on Feb. 7 and 11 at 4 p.m. in the Whitmer auditorium.

Colton, CA–After a successful run with the one-act play “Bad Auditions By Bad Actors,” CHS Drama is already gearing up for the spring play.

Auditions for “The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet” will take place Feb. 7 and 11 at 4:00 p.m. in the Whitmer auditorium. The production is looking for actors, backstage crew, artists, designers, and other creative students.

“The Seussficiation of Romeo and Juliet” is a one-act play by Peter Bloedel. It reimagines the classic Shakespearean tragedy as something written by Dr. Seuss, complete with bizarre rhymes, crazy uses of ononomatapoeia, and tons of jokes meant for all ages.
