CHS Safety Meeting for Community Tomorrow Night
Event in MPR will answer questions and address concerns related to student safety
Colton, CA—With frustrations circulating about school safety over the last couple weeks, Colton High School is doing something about it.
Tomorrow evening, November 2, the CHS administration is holding a community safety meeting at the Rivera Multi-purpose room. The event will be hosted by principal John Abbott and CJUSD Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, Dr. Anthony Ortiz.
The event takes place from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and will cover multiple safety topics, including safety protocols, incident reporting and response, resources available for students and families, and information on how the community can support the school and local authorities to ensure all students are safe.
Families and community members are invited to take part in this informative meeting.
Recently, the CHS Publications Department experienced a major theft as over $20,000 in photography equipment was stolen from our studio over Spring Break. This included all cameras. Any amount you donate will help rebuild our program. Thank you!
