AP Schiro to errant freshmen: my way, or the highway (back to middle school)

Victor Schrio, one of the assistant principals at Colton High School, recently went into every sophomore class and informed them that he is sending some of the Class of 2016 (freshmen) back to Colton Middle School. He explained that a wide range of freshman students are skipping class, not coming to school, and/or not doing their work requirements. He says he does not want freshmen to start slacking off and to show a good example.  He hates that he is going to be the one to tell freshman students that they have to go back to middle school, but he has to do what he has to do.

So Schrio wants to make a difference or a change you can say, that he should have done years ago. He also wants  to inform all  students that we are the future and we have to do whatever we can to make it right. We Colton High students need to change our bad lazy habits and make a difference.

Our Goal

Recently, the CHS Publications Department experienced a major theft as over $20,000 in photography equipment was stolen from our studio over Spring Break. This included all cameras. Any amount you donate will help rebuild our program. Thank you!
