I look up to Miss Buskirk. I love how good of a leader she is and she just makes me want to come back to ASB everyday and work harder.

I don’t look up to one person specifically but multiple people. I look up to my senior friends because soon high school will be over and I want to experience new and fun things.

I look up to my parents. My parents have been by my side through everything. They support me through everything and do whatever they can for me. As much as they have on their plate, they’ve never failed me.

“All girls should be like butterflies, pretty to see, hard to catch.” All girls should have the courage to spread their wings and fly towards their dreams. Like butterflies, they remind us that change can be beautiful. All girls should know that they should embrace change and let their beauty shine. Be who you are and own it.

As a nominee I look up to my grandma because she has always told me and taught me to never give up, be social, and always strive to be the best.

As a nominee, who do you look up to as motivation to campaign? Explain.

I look up to my family, especially my mom. She taught me everything from learning how to cook to learning how to be a good person. She teaches me how to move on and grow. She’s the one person I will always look up to.

If your campaign had a slogan, what would it be? Explain.

If my campaign had a slogan, it would be “You were enchanted to vote for Yulior Zamora.” This slogan is inspired by one of the lines from the song “Enchanted” by Taylor Swift. The meaning of the song is to be delighted and happy to see someone. That said, I hope everyone who votes for me feels gratified and pleased.

Regarding the Homecoming dance theme, what would be your ballroom entrance song? 


Since the Homecoming dance theme is “Once Upon A Homecoming,” I would like my ballroom entrance song to be “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes” by Ilene Woods. Growing up I always loved classic Disney songs and with this song, I hope it inspires people to achieve their dreams as anything is possible when you believe.

As a nominee, who do you look up to as motivation to campaign? Explain.

When I campaign, my biggest motivation is my family and friends. Their high spirits and kind nature inspire me to treat people with kindness and always bring out the best in others. With them around me, I feel like I can achieve everything I dream of.

I find my motivation in both the band and my parents because they have a positive impact on me.

The person I look up to as motivation for this campaign would mainly be my brothers. The reason why I chose my brothers is that they are always there for support, and also gives me advice that I definitely use. Also, they always tell me to follow my dreams, and don’t doubt myself!

I look up to my mom because she always says ‘YOLO’ and it’s true. YOLO. I’m only in high school once, why not make the best of it and be remembered.

I look up to Ms.Buskirk, the leadership director, as motivation because she plans all of homecoming and so many other more events for CHS. Just seeing her planning all the fun details that go into homecoming, for example the rally and parade. So I thought it would be fun to run to be a part of all the fun homecoming events.

For one, I would say I look up to my band, the very own concert band and marching band at CHS. The ones who made the choice to nominate me as their representative of princess. I would also have to say numerous of my friends and girlfriend have supported me and made campaigning so much fun!

“Vote Anthony Castellanos for Junior Prince! He’ll bring the party vibes and make sure we have a blast!” This would be my slogan because I believe I can be very energetic and silly and have everyone around me just have good energy and have fun!

Definitely Denise Lupian, this is because I think it’s unique the way she’s campaigning with her boyfriend!

As a nominee I look up to as my motivation to campaign is my older siblings, my brother Jacob who won Homecoming king, and sister Cynthia who won Homecoming Queen, and my sister Vanessa who won homecoming princess her freshman year. They motivate me because they are the reason I’m giving it a try to try and win junior princess and means a lot to me if I’d also earn that royalty my siblings earned. All it takes is courage and effort and I’m willing to do that!

I look up to my uncle Jesse Ortiz. He is Class of 2023 Homecoming King. Him and his girlfriend won Queen and King and campaigned so much during the campaign time. It really gives me hope that if I campaign and have a positive mindset about the voting then I could also win.
