What’s one word that sums up how you feel about running for Hoco court, and WHY that word?

If I had one word to sum out my whole campaign it would be nerve-racking. Once I knew I had a chance to run for Homecoming Queen I went looking for opportunities to be nominated, but that didn’t stop me from nominating someone that deserves it from their hard work. I simply gave everyone a chance to run this year since I got my chance to run my Junior year. However when I found out that there was an opportunity for me, I took it, and here I am. Immediately I started designing and putting supplies into my Amazon cart. I had a good feeling about this year’s running, yet that didn’t stop me from being nervous about my competition. Once I saw my competition it definitely made me think that running would be a popularity contest, but that didn’t matter. I care about winning ,but in the end all I want to do is enjoy these memories before I graduate.
