The girls varsity team has been together since the beginning of the school year and through all the blood, sweat, and tears it was finally the league opener. They had a devastating preseason with one win and 10 losses, the girls were hoping they would break the losing streak and start the league off with a win but were unable to. The first half went extremely well, the coaches were saying, “You guys looked like a whole new team.” The girls still have a shot at making top three for playoffs, season isn’t over yet, it’s only the beginning for these girls to be the best they want to be and dominate league.
