President Trump renewed his attacks on Senator Bob Corker on Tuesday, chastising him for his skepticism over a $1.5 trillion tax cut. Mr. Corker was saying that Trump was “debasing” the United States,  in other words he was degrading the U.S.

Right now Trump and  Corker are now going back and forth on Twitter. If Trump thinks he is doing the right thing, does he really even care about other’s opinions?

Republicans are attempting to craft a tax bill that can pass the Senate by a party-line vote, avoiding a democratic filibuster, but they must contain the revenue losses from reducing tax rates. Both over the next decade and the years to follow. Corker is all for the plan and he is sticking to it. Mr. Corker said that Mr. Trump was absolutely not a role model for the children in America.
