3-D Reaches New Depths

3-D Reaches New Depths

Bringing back childhood movies is now the new trend, but in 3D. Everyone remembers that authentic Beauty and The Beast ,when you were a child watching it with your close family and friends. Also  Alice and Wonderland has been brought out now in 3D trying to bring back what was gone and forgotten for all those years while you have been to busy thinking about all the new scary movies and or real life based movies.

Thinking back to those movies, you would think it would bring back amazing memories with family, which it does, but why would you want to go back and replay what happened many years ago now in 3D? Doesn’t sound much exciting–sounds like just trying to make business to me, thinking they will become famous all over again.

If you think about children now, they have most likely already watched these movies at hom; why would parents want to go waste money to watch the same movie they have at home for a higher cost and add the popcorn and soda that we all know are so expensive?  Yes, I agree that they were great movies the first time we watched them as a child, but there really is no need to go watch a movie at a theatre all over again when you will most likely already know what will happen next. These movies are made to be watched at home, not in a room full of strangers!

Movies like Finding Nemo being brought out in 3D is ridiculous; I mean, the movie just came out a few years ago and money wasted on seeing it in 3D would be a loss of money and excitement towards going to the movie theatres. A 3D movie only has special effects and usually they are made from the start a new movie that will be in 3D not an old movie remake. Movies like Saw in 3D I think are pretty cool because you are already scared and the special effects just add more of a horrific experience. Many have said that there are other Disney movies to be coming out soon. Keep Your eye out for those who love the classics!
