During the weekend Link Crew held a student Vs Dee Hankins and CHS staff basketball game. It was a funding event that had all proceeds go to CHS scholarships. At the game, you could bring your family and friends, buy food from their snack bars, and enjoy watching the fun-filled basketball game. During the halftime, there was a performance put on by members of the band and a performance by the CHS cheerleaders.

Link Crew really did a great job putting together this game and making it a festive and family-friendly event to have gone too. Link Crew was not the only people supporting the event. Some teachers were offering their students extra credit for attending the basketball game and Showing proof of their attendance by either showing a photo of them there or showing them their ticket. That was a great way for teachers to help up the number of people going and a great offer to their students as well. Even our Principal Joda Murphy was helping out by being the coach of Dee Hankins team but, she was more helpful in the staff cheer squad. Overall the event was a great event for anyone to have attended too and to have supported to help fund CHS scholarships.
