On November 4th, 25 people and an unborn child were shot to death inside of The First Baptist Church of Sutherland springs, located in Texas. One week after the mass shooting the Small Baptist church turned into a memorial for the 25 people including an unborn child who lost their lives worshiping their God. The building was covered in all white from the floor to the ceiling.

In the memorial for the 26 victims, there is 26 red roses on 26 chairs representing each victim who lost their life. Each Chair had the victim’s name, the chair was located in the exact spot they took their last breath. However there was ONE pink rose that represented the unborn child whose mother was Crystal Holcombe who was 2 months pregnant and passed away in the mass shooting. The memorial featured a recording of the victims voices praying and reading the scripture. In the front of the church there is a huge poster that reads the scripture that was to be read on November 4th. Which was Psalm:100, “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him and praise His name. For Yahweh is good, and His love is eternal; His faithfulness endures through all generations.”
