Apple’s new iPod has a 4 inch display and has the same 326 ppi panel as an iPhone 5. You also may know that it’s clearly as thin as the iPhone. It’s about only 6.1 mm thick and and weighs in at 88 grams. The battery lasts up to 40 hours for music or 8 hours of video. Additionally, Apple’s has an upgrade for their camera; it’s built up to 5 megapixels.

Here’s the biggest news and technically shocking fact about the iPod–the new built-in Siri. This device is used to locate places, find restaurants, and make appointments for a specific day. It can even get you out of traffic by you telling Siri to give you directions to your destination. At one finger touch, she can control about anything.

Well, doesn’t that have you thinking… “WOW! This device can do so many useful things!” Furthermore, it comes loaded with iO6 updates, with up to 200 new apps installed; there’s better Face book integration too, with photos, websites, maps and more getting of the instant share button.

Sharing images just got a whole lot easier for you just by using the “share photo” streams. Another popular installation is the “Do Not Disturb” which means when you’re dead asleep, no random notifications will pop up in the middle of the night. You’ll still receive them, just later, after you switch off the “Do Not Disturb” button.

Lastly, Apple is offering their new devices in five different colors: raw aluminum, black, blue, yellow and red. These iPods come out in such bright and vibrant colors.
