Colton High School opened in 1895. It is one of the oldest high schools in the Inland Empire. In this daily feature, we celebrate Colton High’s rich history.

In 1959, the Pepper Bough reported that the Student Store made more than $18,000 per year that went directly into the student body fund. According to the US Inflation Calculator, this is equal to $169,216.70 in 2021 U.S. currency.

The Student Store was a place on the Colton High campus in which students could purchase a variety of item, from school supplies to school merchandise.
