Stuart Little is a classic movie that many children grew up watching. The movie opens up with characters Eleanor and Frederick and their son, George. They have been wanting a new addition to their family so Mr. And Mrs. Little go to an orphanage while George is at school. When they arrive at the orphanage, they are flooded with options and they don’t know which kid to pick until they talk to Stuart. When they meet Stuart they’re caught off guard because they didn’t see him at first but once they get to talk to him they realize that he’s the one they need to take home.

Once they head back to the office to tell the woman that they want to take Stuart home, the women say, “Mr. and Mrs. Little, we try to discourage couples from adopting children outside their own…… species,” but with that said the Little’s still want to take Stuart home. When George arrives home from school, Stuart and Mr. and Mrs. Little are waiting for him so they can meet, but George greets him coldly and doesn’t acknowledge Stuart as his brother.

Meanwhile, Snowbell, the house cat, refuses to have a mouse as a “master” and is scared that the other cats will find out and make fun of him. Stuart starts to feel like an outsider despite Mr. and Mrs. Little’s best efforts to make him feel at home.

The Little’s family comes into town for a dinner to meet Stuart and they bring him big gifts. George gets upset because they keep calling Stuart his brother. He confronts his parents and tells them that he feels lonely and like an outsider so he asks them if they can do some research on his biological parents.

One day Stuart wonders around the Little household and accidentally stumbles across George’s playroom in the basement. George and Stuart finally bond after they play together. While they are playing, Stuart finds George’s boat and they start to build it so they can race with it.  When they enter the boat into the race George wants to dropout out of the race because a kid was bullying him. His dad gives him a pep talk and then a stranger steps on the remote for the boat so Stuart gets on the boat and wins the race despite the bully trying to crash his boat into George and Stuart’s boat. After the race, George accepts him into the family and they live happily ever after.
