Identity Thief, a comedy film that hit theaters in February 8th film, distributed by Universals Pictures. After seeing this movie, you’ll never laugh to another comedy movie ever again.
This film stars Jason Bateman who plays the victim Sandy Patterson, and Melissa McCarthy who plays the thief Diana. You may also recognize her from her recent role in the award winning comedy Bridesmaids. The film is about a “buddy on” type road trip; of Sandy Patterson and Diana who steals Sandy’s identity. Sandy Patterson plays a role of a businessman who travels from Denver all the way to Miami to confront Diana, a harmless looking woman, who you may find surprising at the end of the film.
Identity Thief is a ridiculous but hilarious film. I suggest you take a couple of friends and attend a nearby theater to watch it.
