Trey Songz’ Chapter 5 album has just been released in August of this year and is his first album to reach number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and as of September 2, 177,000 copies of his album have been sold.  The album includes the popular hit singles “2 Reasons,” “Simply Amazing,” and “Heart Attack.”

Chapter 5 expresses an almost deeper side of Songz; the album portrays the realities of Songz’ outlook on love, women, drinking, heartbreak, and all the problems in between. In his new album Songz has tried to explain to his fans what he is, where he came from, and where he’s going. The tracks just make you want to learn the words, sing, and move your body along with the beat. An excellent album, highly recommended.
