First introduced in TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras, six-year-old Alana Thompson, aka “Honey Boo Boo,” has been taking audiences of all sorts by storm. Her new television series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo! aired on TLC, reels audiences away from pageants and into the outrageous family life of the Honey Boo Boo clan.

Honey Boo Boo’s over-amusing personality and sheer confidence has not only earned her a number of crowns but also a TV show. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo! follows around the whole family and their unusual way of living, gradually allowing viewers to get to know and love the family more and more.

Episodes range anywhere from a calm yet laughable day at the house to an all out “redneck” adventure, such as four-wheeling through mud pits and bobbing for pig’s feet. Each episode includes her family of six: stay-at-home mom June “Mama”, chalk-mining dad “Sugar Bear,” 17-year-old sister Anna “Chickadee,” 15-year-old sister Jessica “Chubbs/Chubette,” 12-year-old sister Lauryn “Pumpkin,” and star of the show Alana “Honey Boo Boo.”
