In honor of Disney’s wildly popular spooky movie franchise, “HalloweenTown”, St. Helens, Oregon puts a giant pumpkin right infront of city hall.

“HalloweenTown”, does that send a wave of nostalgia though you? If it did you’re probably one of the many 90 kids who waited every year to watch it. The movie was such a hit that even now people of all generations can’t wait till their calendar hits the big one zero to watch the Disney classic. Now what if I told you there’s a real HalloweenTown right here in the U-S-of A!

That’s right, you have a chance to walk the streets all your favourite ghosts, ghouls, and witches walked on. Where you may ask? None other than St. Helens, Oregon, where the original movie was shot. With a giant pumpkin centered in front of the town hall, it’s truly a sight to behold. A big pumpkin and a few decorations isn’t all there is to this sleepy town turned holiday attraction.

No, it’s grown throughout the years to feature a haunted tractor ride, a haunted mansion, a variety of shows, dance parties, photo ops, and walking tours. Worried about missing any of these events? Don’t be, this celebration goes on all month! Every single day leading to good old All Hallows Eve. You might even have a chance to meet the teenage witch and actor Kimberly J. Brown herself in person.

This is definitely an event of monstrous proportions that no one would want to miss. One might even say, it’s to die for. Especially a once in a Death time opportunity to meet the one and only Kimberly J. Brown! You’ll get your chance at a picture with her when the celebration kicks off October eighth.
