The Underachievers, a hip-hop duo from a neighborhood by the name of Flatbush in Brooklyn, New York, have several releases, from mixtapes to albums, with a variety of styles.

The Underachievers are composed of rappers AK and Issa Gold. The Underachievers released Indigoism in 2013, followed by The Lords of Flatbush in 2014, Cellar Door: Terminus ut Exordium in 2014, and finally their latest release in 2015 called Evermore: The Art of Duality.

Apart from making several albums with each other, AK and Issa Gold have a long history together, they’ve known each other for many years dating back to their teenage years. Their new album “It happened in Flatbush” will be released in May, according to Issa Gold. The album will be released consisting of 10 new songs. Initially, their album was going to be called The Lords of Flatbush 2 and was going to be released in February of this year. But both the name and date of the album were changed for reasons not known.
